Janap Biemba

Janap Biemba, Senior Development & Projects Coordinator of The 100% Foundation, gained extensive and valuable experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Entrepreneurial skills in the private sector before landing a job that brings real joy to her heart –The 100% Foundation. Her community based initiatives began with feeding the homeless in Durban. “My initial involvement with The 100% Foundation began with the voluntary English lessons to the ECD’s near the N12, and then when the opportunity was presented to me by the Board of Directors, I leapt at the chance to further impact and change lives of chosen beneficiaries.”

Siphiwe Mahlangu

Siphiwe is a hard-working individual with an urge to learn more and accumulate self-knowledge. He takes initiative and believes that integrity and humbleness is a recipe of qualities for successes in everything that he does. Being a qualified Social Auxiliary Worker, with experience in the social welfare, it has made it has enhanced his interpersonal communication skills. Having a background experience in Child welfare and an NGO in Daveyton which focuses on orphaned, abused and vulnerable children, has increased his knowledge and experience when working with children. With his experience, he believes that he will be a valuable asset to the Foundation.

Kgomotso Ramutloa

Kgomotso Ramutloa, Coach Facilitator of The 100% foundation. She has years’ experience in sales and training, Did a bit in events industry before finding the real calling in life coaching. This began in training and coaching in the Company which moved her to Shaping Champion coaching and training in various skills developing. This gave her an opportunity to do something close to her heart which is putting a smile on the next person in mind shifting.

Matamela Nemaungani

Matamela Nemaungani has studied management assistants in Bloemfontein , has worked with CSI for the premiers office in the department of education Head office in Gauteng and she started having the love and passion for NPO’s ,NGO’s as she strives in making a daily difference in peoples lives and it humbles her and gives her great joy . the foundation works it’s her passion, the experience she gained from CSI has ignited her in being a committed worker for the foundation. she believes that in inserting change through vulnerable mothers, kids and the youth it will bring the foundation to much greater heights in making greater impact in the lives of those less fortunate.
