Murray Hewlett

As the CEO of 100% Foundation, Mr Hewlett is dedicated to providing a better future for less fortunate individuals. He is a strong believer in education and empowering the younger generation to be ethical future leaders. Mr Hewlett’s vision is for the community is to come together and contribute to the holistic advancement of society. Mr Hewlett received his MBA from Charles Sturt University in Australia and is currently a Doctoral candidate for the University of Liverpool. He also received a B. Sc from Wits University in 1996.

Paul McNamee

Mr McNamee sits on the board of directors for four other reputable companies namely Affinity Rescue, Affinity Dental, Affinity Funeral and National Risk Managers. Mr McNamee inspires perseverance within The 100% Foundation employees. He has always had a passion for assisting people which has enabled him to provide value to The 100% Foundation. Mr McNamee has created a company culture of humanity, kindness, empathy and diligence.

Hannelie Botha

Mrs Botha is actively involved with the daily duties of the 100% Foundation. She is not only committed within the company and externally as well by assisting students writing their MBA Dissertations/Thesis at two prominent Business Colleges. Mrs Botha completed her MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa and a BA Political Sciences Degree from the University of Pretoria. She is also qualified in Project Management, Risk Management and is registered at the Compliance Institute of Southern Africa, as well as the Institute of Directors SA. As a Manager, she has over 20 years of experience in the Government Services, Non-Profit Organisations and the Private sector. Mrs Botha ensures her Directorship and Managerial Duties are carried out independently and that decisions affect the company positively in all aspects.
